    肉羹麵線

    最近突然想吃蚵仔麵線,但,米國的蚵仔多是大顆的蠔
    一整顆吃下去其實...有點噁心,不如台灣的小顆蚵仔鮮美
    大腸呢又很難清洗,所以,改變主意打算作肉羹麵線...
    不過肉羹還是等從頭做起......
     
    上網尋找了食譜,抄下材料,趁今天去看房子,順路去採買材料,
    下午變開始實驗起肉羹來

    首先先將豬絞肉用調味料醃過,攪拌魚漿後,就可以準備滾水,將肉羹下鍋煮熟
    這就是成型的肉羹
     
    晚上,配著東方超市買的蚵仔麵線包,肉羹麵線就完成了
     
    配著黑醋口味的麵線羹,真是幸福的週末晚餐 ^ o ^
